DAK Americas expands its Business Team servicing the Nonwovens polyester staple fiber North American market.

-DAK Americas LLC announced today that it is expanding its Fibers Business team supporting its North American Nonwovens market. In step with its recent increases in providing additional supply of Polyester Staple Fiber(PSF) for the Nonwovens market in North America, DAK Americas has enhanced its current Nonwovens Team with the addition of the following individuals. These individuals will join the current fibers commercial team in Charlotte, NC which consist of Jon McNaull, Jim Netzel, Ron Salati, Dave West and Robert Baldy.

Paul “Wayne” Proctor has joined DAK as a Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for creating value and growth for DAK Americas in the Nonwovens market. Wayne has over 20 years experience in the manufacture and sale of polyester fibers. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Textile Technology from North Carolina State University. Prior to joining DAK, Wayne worked for Wellman, Inc as the Sales Director - Nonwoven Market.

Jesse “Bob” Fletcher has joined DAK as a Technical Marketing Representative and will responsible for Trade Leadership performance and service for DAK’s Polyester Staple Fiber offerings to the industry. Bob has over 25 years experience in the polyester fiber industry. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Prior to joining DAK, Bob worked for Wellman, Inc as the Senior Technical Service Representative.

Keith Jaillette has joined DAK in the position of Technical Marketing Representative and will be responsible for establishing DAK Americas as the preferred trade leader for Textile polyester products in the Americas. Keith has over 10 years of experience as a Technical Services Representative and has held roles in management, quality assurance, and engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining DAK, Keith worked for Wellman, Inc as a Technical Service Representative.


Furthermore, DAK Americas has enhanced its current Polyester Staple Fiber Nonwovens Manufacturing Team located at DAK’s sites in Moncks Corner, SC and Leland, NC with the following addition.

John Saxon has joined DAK in the position of Quality Manager – Fibers and will provide Leadership for DAK’s Fibers Quality Systems and Quality Assurance. John will direct the Measurement Centers at both of DAK’s Staple Fiber manufacturing facilities. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech. Prior to joining DAK, John worked for Wellman, Inc. as a Sr. Process Improvement & Quality Engineer as well as for Kerr-McGee Pigments in various Quality and Process Engineering roles.
